This is a 4-room house 80 m2, on the ground floor. There is a living room with 1 double sofa bed and satellite-TV. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Small garden 80 m2. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], extra). 1 pet/ dog allowed.
For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn sunning area, courtyard, swimming pool (16 x 8 m, 01.05.-28.09.) with pool-Cleaning system with Salt-Electrolysis. WC in the pool area, outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground.
