The Podere is situated in a hilly landscape on the outskirts of Collevecchio (400 m above sea level) and 50 km from Rome (30min with car or train). The swimming pool with 2 showers (hot water) is for exclusive use of the guests and it is in panoramic position among oleander, palm and citrus trees. It has been totally renovated and consists of a main villa with 2 of our apartments, the owner's apartment and several outbuildings where there are 2 more of our apartments. Il Melograno is situated in panoramic position above the swimming pool with a large private terrace of 33 m2.
In the house you will find facilities like an open fireplace, TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a terrace of 33 m2 with terrace furniture and panoramic view.
For shared use there is an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 14 m, opened from 31-05 to 26-09. There is a shower and toilet in the pool area. Parking space is available in the grounds.
