Holiday Home Casa Ma-Nita Pego is a 3-room villa. It is located in the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac.
The property has a living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and air-conditioning. From there you can exit to the terrace and to the swimming pool. There are 2 large rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Its open kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave and freezer. A washing machine and central heating is provided.
Guests can enjoy the large covered terrace with errace furniture, barbecue, 6 deck chairs and panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. There is also a reserved parking.
For private use there are fenced grounds 1'300 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps and outside shower.
