Toji Kotoya is a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Tower and Nishi-Honganji Temple. The Higashi-Honganji Temple is a 20-minute walk. Lively Shijo area can be reached within 20 minutes via public transportation.
Rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor and Japanese decorations. The living room comes with a low table and a flat-screen TV, and guests sleep in traditional futon bedding. The kitchen includes a cooking stove, coffee machine and dining area, while the bathroom comes with toiletries and a bathtub.
