This historic old barn is more than 400 years old. It is one of the oldest buildings in the Südheide region.
The barn has been transformed into a holiday home while many of the charming original features have been kept. The house is next to a small river.
The grounds have a play area, sun bathing area, a swing, climbing frames, sandpit and tennis table. The house has direct access to the terrace.
The house has a private patio and a garden, shared with other guests, and a barbecue that you can use.
You can enjoy the use of four bicycles free of charge by arrangement with the owner, and you can fish in the country estates pond.
You can enjoy numerous leisure activities in the immediate area, there is a swimming pool, outdoor pool, tennis, mini-golf and riding.
