Direkt an der Rur
The Rur-Partie holiday residence (approx. 65 m2) is part of a historic row of houses called "Rur-Partie built in 1700 and is located directly on the Rur opposite the market in the midst of the old city centre of Monschau. It is equipped with TV (satellite) a hearth (wood) in the living room.
The holiday residence is located on the first and second floors of this craftsmans house, which is under the protection of Monument Care. It is suitable for 5 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and and an kitchen diner with a bar, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
This is the ideal starting point to get to know the idyllic town of Monschau, with all of its attractions and to take a nice walk or cycling excursion in the fen regeion of the "Hohes Venn", in the Eifel national park or along the Rur. In addition, the city of Aachen is only a half hours drive away (approx. 30 km) and is also worth a visit.
- ATTENTION: Eschbachstrasse is a very narrow street without parking options.
- You can take your time unloading your luggage.
- the closest parking lot, Am Aukloster, is approx. 200 m from the holiday residence.
- You can buy a parking ticket for 2,-/day at "Monschau Touristik" (Tourist Information) by showing your holiday residence ticket
for the chosen duration of your stay. Monschau Touristik open daily from 10:00 - 17:00
