Lenno lies 8 km under Menaggio and 15 km. above Como. This part of the lake defines itself by the many villas with beautiful parks which are open to the public. Lenno has a small but cosy boulevard with terraces at the water. Boat trips with wing boats leave to several tourist attractions of the Como lake. In the near vicinity there are a few small pebble beaches. The back land is hilly and overgrown with olive trees. Casa Profumo di Rose owns its name to the many roses which brighten up the garden and the terraces.
