A 12-minute walk from Ginkaku-ji Temple, Daily Apartment House Kitashirakawa Ivy offers non-smoking rooms with a kitchenette for individual travellers. Each air-conditioned room has free wired internet.

All rooms come with a small desk, a TV, an electric kettle and a toaster oven. An iron and hairdryer are also provided. Maid service is not performed and towels, pajamas, and Yukata robes are not provided. Linens will not be changed during your stay, and only one toothbrush set is provided. Bathrooms and toilets are shared.

Coin-operated laundry machines are on site, and a shared kitchen with a microwave, a toaster oven and a rice cooker can be used. The apartment house also has a shared lounge.

The property is just a 1-minute walk from Kitashirakawa-Shibushecho Bus Stop, which is a 40-minute bus ride from Kyoto Station. The Philosopher’s Walk, a famous cherry tree-lined path that passes a number of temples and shrines, is an 8-minute walk away.

This 2-storey building does not have an elevator, a restaurant or a front desk. Luggage storage is not possible.

No meals are served, but the apartments have self-catering facilities.
