The Kleine Tiergarten is a park in the Mitte district of Berlin.
The park belonging to the district Moabit is seven hectares in size. It is separated from Turmstraße in the north, Alt-Moabit street in the south, Ottostraße in the west and Wilsnacker Straße in the east. In the wrong center, the Kleiner Tiergarten is cut through by the Stromstrasse. Also in the middle, the U9 line crosses under the parking area, which also concentrates an exit from the Turmstrasse underground station.
The area of today's park becomes the Jungfernheide manor district. Elector Friedrich Wilhelm acts and counterpart to the Great Tiergarten, Berlin has progressed further in the course of the expansion into a royal seat and parts of its own hunting grounds are sacrificed. Since 1655 the park was called Hinterer or Kleiner Tiergarten. In 1790 the area was replanted and from 1835 onwards, in the course of the construction of the St. Johannis Church by Karl Friedrich Schinkelsichten, whose cemetery area is part of the park, it was newly owned.

In the Second World War, the facility was redeveloped from 1960 by the garden architect Wilhelm Alverdes. Alverdes moved into the new Ottoplatz and a children's playground there.
