Situated on the edge of Fiordland National Park, Grand View House is a 5-minute walk from the departure point for Doubtful Sound cruises. The local beach is only 2 minutes’ walk away and Te Anau is 20 minutes' drive away.
All rooms have an en suite bathroom with complimentary New-Zealand made toiletries. Each room is individually furnished and includes coffee and tea facilities, with herbal teas provided.
Breakfast is served in the dining room and features local products such as fresh fruit, croissants and homemade preserves. Cooked options are available along with a range of teas and plunger coffee.
Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival (either coffee/tea or beer/wine, depending on the time of day). Croquet and petanque equipment is available for guests to use on the lawn.
