The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, cable TV, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a bath or a shower. In the summer, guests are welcome to use the barbecue facilities and the fireplace.
The garden provides an outdoor seating area, children's trampoline and sand box and seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

There is a bus stop and a ski bus stop 100 metres from the lodge and the Svoboda nad Úpou Train Station is 4 km away. Parking is possible on site.
